New collaborated design!

This image, showing the third, fourth, and fifth panels, is the scheme for the screens showing the grid of circles to be cut by the router. They are color-coded by depth which will be determined after our material is selected [depending on what thickness of foam we can obtain]. The pink area is the deepest, signifying the center of the swirl pattern. On either side of this area, the depth that the router must cut becomes less and less. A common (slight) depth will be used on the entire surface. The brown sections are the portions of the fan shape that we incorporated. The depth of these areas does not taper like that of the swirl design, but remains one common depth, but deeper than the entire surface. The linear portion of the screen [blue in the first image] is the only area that has been left with no holes. This is a fluid connection that will be affixed to the five panels. This will allow them to be connected with minimal visability.
